A Fotography Exhibition by Fotography Club Rajkot

We are pleased to announce Photography exhibition for the members of Fotography Club Rajkot.

So get ready with your camera and set out to put up the most exciting, amazing and awesome photos from your collection. We don’t want to restrict your creativity by a particular theme. So remember, it’s you and your creativity that matter.

Participation Rules

Please read these rules (the Rules) before submitting your photo(s) to Fotography Club Rajkot’s contest. By participating in the exhibition, you understand, acknowledge and unconditionally agree to abide by the following Rules:

Result: 25^th July 2019

Participation:

You can participate in this exhibition ONLY if…

1. You are a resident of Rajkot
2. You are a member of Fotography Club Rajkot.
3. You must own all the legal rights to submitted photos. Which is to say it again, the photographs must be an original piece of work.
4. The Participation is open to all age groups.

Photograph:

• Everyone can participate. Submit 5 photos in jpeg format. Each picture should be less than 2 MB in size.
• Photo dimension should be 2×3 / 4×6 which will be displayed as 12×18 inch print.
• Your entry should be submitted in colour or black and white, in JPG, JPEG format and suitable for publication.
• For the shortlisted photographs, Fotography Club Rajkot has the right to ask for the original/RAW file. Otherwise, the photograph will be disqualified.
• Submissions will not be accepted once the deadline lapses. You can submit photos on the given link. The last date of submission is 19^th July 2019.
  
  

Editing

1. All submitted Photos must not contain any tag(s), signature(s), initial(s), frame, border(s), logo(s), Watermarks, copyrights or any other references and/or marks added by the Participant.
2. Basic technical editing including colour enhancement, the use of filters, and cropping of the Photo(s) is acceptable, provided any such editing does not affect the authenticity and/or genuineness of the Photo(s).
3. Advanced editing used to create illusions, deceptions and/or manipulations, and the adding and removing of significant elements within the frame is prohibited.
4. Fotography Club Rajkot reserves the right to assess and discard from the exhibition any submitted Photo(s) deemed, at Fotography Club Rajkot’s own discretion, contrary to the foregoing.

Judging

The photo submissions will be judged based on the creativity, originality and title.

1. Fotography Club Rajkot will appoint a judge/judges for the selection. This will comprise of members of the admin team and/or external judges.

2. The judging panel shall assess and determine the winning Photos. The results and the winners will be announced on our Facebook group, Facebook Page and on our Instagram by 25^th July 2019.

3. The decision of Fotography Club Rajkot’s judging panel will be final and binding on all Participants in respect to all matters relating to the photo selection and no further correspondence after the results are announced will be entertained on the subject..

4. Fotography Club Rajkot reserves the right to call for original JPEG or RAW files with unchanged EXIF for the purpose of authentication. An image may be disregarded if this information cannot be provided

Copyrights:

You maintain the rights to one or all of your submissions. And after the exhibition, you will be given your photos back.

Fee

Rs. 500 per photo for those whose entries will be selected for the exhibition. It is an incidental charge for printing etc.

Submit your 5 pictures on or before 19th July 2019.
